Pre-Congress Workshops Registration Fee

  1. Please note that the registration for pre-congress workshops is separate from the Main Congress registration. With RM 100, you are able to join all workshops. 
  2. However, pre-registration for Suturing Workshop is required as it is offered at limited slots. Kindly note that your Suturing Workshop pre-registration is not secured until you receive a confirmation email by the end of August 2023.

Notes

  1. As aforementioned, the Pre-Congress Workshops scheduled on 21 September 2023 are not included in the main congress fees, and they will need to be purchased separately at USD 25/ MYR 100.
  2. Registration fee for the Gala Dinner is separate at the cost of USD 20/ MYR 80. It is recommended that you register in advance because the space for the Gala Dinner is limited.

  3. To register for the group, please send your group registration list to secretariat@aphs2023.com.

  4. All registration fees are quoted in USD ($) or MYR (RM) upon your selection during the start of your registration. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. The invoicing address can be set up during the online registration process. Invoices are generated automatically once the payment is finalised. Make sure to update your invoice address and data during the online registration process.

  5. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the payment made. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration AND the payment are received before midnight, MYT (GMT+8) on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.

  6. In the event of acts of God, government restrictions, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, or any other comparable calamity or condition beyond the control of the Organisers (collectively a “Force Majeure”) before the first day of the Congress, the Organiser has the right to cancel or reschedule the Congress.

HOW TO REGISTER?

Kindly follow the below process to register for APHS 2023. You may create an account using your email address and can always log in to update, edit or add services to your profile. Please do not share your password with any other person. Only one profile is permitted per delegate.

    Step 1: Pick the registration category 

    Upon clicking the Register Now button, you will be redirected to a sign-up page with different categories listed. Please choose the registration category applicable to you.

    Step 2: Create an account  

    Register an account with the email address that you frequently use with the password of your choice.

    Step 3: Registrant profile

    You will be asked for identification, organisation, profession, contact info, and billing address. Your answers will be kept confidential and will help us ensure that future APHS meets your educational needs.

    Step 4: Acknowledgement email

    You should receive an acknowledgment email from APHS upon saving the personal information and proceeding to the invoice page.

    Step 5: Confirm & pay

    Confirm the total amount and method to make payment. 

     

    Online Payment:  A registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. The payment receipt and tax invoice are now attached to your account which you may log in to view at all times.

     

    Offline Payment (Wire Transfer/ Cheque/ Draft/ TT):  You will be redirected to a form to upload the payment proof. It is important to include the quote reference in the transfer remarks while processing the payment. Kindly ensure that the processing fee is taken care of through your bank, while also ensuring that the organiser receives the nett registration fee.

     

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or change of your registration must be done in writing to the APHS organiser and will be subject to the following conditions:
 

Cancellation of participation by the participant

  • On or before 31 Aug 2023: 70% refund of fee with an administrative charge.
  • After 31 Aug 2023: NO refunds will be issued.
  • All refunds will be processed after APHS 2023.
     

Name changes/replacements      

The name change will only be possible for confirmed and paid registrations.

  • On or before 31 Aug 2023: replacements or name changes can be made free of charge.
  • After 31 Aug 2023: replacements or name changes are subject to an administrative fee.
     

Non-attendance/no-show            

Should a registered delegate not be able to attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
 

Double payment/overpayment

In case of double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee is applicable on the refund.
